Day 1-3

Since I'm just starting this and I've already recorded a couple of days...I'll just go ahead and list those here.

Day 1:
Food
  • Bowl of raisin bran
  • Big tastee w/cheese & bacon lg fry w/ sweet tea
  • Chicken thigh
  • lg. strawberry milkshake
Exercise
  • 40 min. of free step
  • island cycling - beginner
  • super hula hoop - beginner
Day 2:
Food
  • Poptarts 
  • tuna sandwich and fries
  • two eggs w/cheese and ham
  • 4 cookies
  • cherries
  • craisins
  • p-nuts
Exercise
  • 30D.S. warmp-up 
Day 3:
Food
  • Bowl of cheerios
  • lean cuisine - angel hair and shrimp
  • cup of teddy grahams
  • 1 piece of chocolate
  • steak and cheese quesadilla w/ sour cream
  • cherries
Exercise
  • 30 min. of free step
Lost 1.5 lbs!!! Whoot Whoot!!!
